Jigar: Great anecdote, Seshu. I'm sure Jim will get many referrals from the couple he helped! I've got numerous stories, though not as cute/romantic/ lovely as this one. Many of my clients are torn between taking the posed photos their parents will want and the "in the flow" photos as they greet guests at their tables, on the mandap, etc. Sometimes couples want to just get the photos done, other times they want to spend quality time with each guest, but still not run behind on their schedule. So in final agenda review I make sure I know how tightly they want to stick to schedule and confirm with them if they'd like me to help them stick to their schedule. Typically this helps alleviate day-of stress especially when there's no on-site coordinator. (12.24.09, 9:04pm) Parris Whittingham: This story is so awesome! Everyone will remember the "cutting of the banana bread". What a great story about TRUST :) (12.24.09, 8:47pm) Seshu: Hi Aurora - Credit must go where credit is due and this story came from Jim Aldridge. It hits home, though, the idea that LISTENING to your clients and asking the appropriate questions is the way to go. Thanks so much for your comment.
